Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Perishable or personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable products
Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books with visible signs of use
- Opened media (CD, DVD, software, etc.)
- Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within several business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check you bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted).
- Contact your bank for additional processing delays.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email info@thesecretsofanangel.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the purchaser.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
